FirstNet Push-to-Talk

FNPTT is AT&T and FirstNet's secure mobile first solution walkie-talkie app. This catered first responder community provides leading PTT application strategy to communicate via rich audio, visual, and textual for a better interoperability.

GOALS

Lead a team of UX designers to approach product release planning using HCI methodologies and KPI based framework to improve overall client and team understanding of core user needs.

THE APPROACH

Curate team goals to be data-driven first using primary & secondary research. Prioritize feature improvement based on growth hacking models and design sprints to accelerate ideation and team growth.

OUTCOME

Increased teams' understsanding of user needs by 43%; increased market understanding by 55%; reached 100% product usability auditing of features from 2022-2023.
